Koel Wilder launched his musical journey in 2004 as the bassist for the rock band Downkiss, releasing one official album ("Push me to the limits of the calculating madness") and two EPs. In 2013, he pivoted to his solo career as a producer and DJ. His signature sound seamlessly blends cumbia, electrocumbia, Latin, electroswing, reggae, house, deep-house, and tech-house, while always staying true to his rock roots.
 

His studio production has been relentless since August 2015, when he dropped his debut EP "LEAVE THE CITY" via Loud Dj's Records (now Big Tunes Records). His most recent projects include:

• "Muévete": The official studio album, released in March 2026 under Boom Music.

• "Caliente": The brand-new EP, available since July 2026 under Boom Music.

Over the years, Koel has performed at various clubs, festivals, and venues across Italy. His notable residencies include:

• Hard Rock Cafe Firenze (Florence): Resident DJ from September 2018 to May 2019.

• Covo De Ricci (Figline Valdarno): Resident DJ from 2016 to 2020.

• Lo Stallo (Terranuova Bracciolini): Resident DJ from 2021 to 2023.
  
   

• Koel Wilder is a key collaborator at Callisto Radio, where he hosts his signature radio show, "The Music Bazaar." The show broadcasts live every Tuesday at 6 PM (CET) and is available as a podcast on House Mixes. "The Music Bazaar" has built a strong on-air history over the years:
